Shipping Information, Method & Charges (UK) –

All transit times are working days (Monday to Friday).

In case of out of stock, we will let you know within 48 working hours of placing the order. In case you cancel your order then we will refund your payment for the product and any shipping charges that you may have paid. We will try to do this asap however it is dependent on the banks and online payment services used to purchase the product.

We mostly use Royal Mail for all the orders in the UK and any delays due to Royal Mail are beyond our control and can’t be reimbursed.

For orders over £50 – We offer free shipping in the UK for any orders over £50. We use First Class Service and this usually takes 1-3working days. We use signed for service for all our deliveries.

For orders equal to or less than £50 – We don’t offer any free service. Note that we charge £4.99 for First Class and this usually takes 1-3 working days. We charge £3.99 for Standard delivery and this usually takes 3-5 working days. We use signed for service for all our deliveries.

Shipping Information, Method & Charges – International (Outside of the UK) –

Shipping charges and transit times will vary depending on the location. All international packages are shipped via Royal Mail/FedEx. All transit times are working days (Monday to Friday). International delivery cannot be guaranteed within a time frame due to customs.

Please Note: VAT, custom duties and taxes will be applicable as per your country’s regulations and are to be borne by the customer. These charges will be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery. We are unable to advise the duty amount.

For orders over £100 – We offer free shipping outside the UK for any orders over £100. This usually takes 7-14 working days. Note that we charge £29.99 for First Class and this usually takes 3-5 working days. We use tracked and signed for service for all our deliveries.

For orders equal to or less than £100 – We don’t offer any free service. Note that we charge £29.99 for First Class and this usually takes 3-5 working days. We charge £11.99 for Standard delivery and this usually takes 5-7 working days. We use tracked and signed for service for all our deliveries.

Delivery timelines are for guidance only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by natural calamities and unavoidable circumstances.
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.

While we shall endeavour to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
