I have purchased jewellery from Smita both online and face to face more times than I can count. She is the most lovely person and she sells the most gorgeous jewellery. I initially came across Goenka Jewels on social media and decided to see the items before purchasing. At the time I was wedding shopping so I needed to make sure that the items looked as good as they did in the photos. Truthfully they look even better in real life! All of Smita’s pieces are beautifully crafted. I ended up purchasing my wedding and reception set from Smita. For the wedding set I had no idea what I wanted so I booked a consultation with Smita and she helped me decided on a colourful green and pink set, which is not something I would have even considered on my own. For the reception I knew I wanted a rose gold set and Smita had one which fit my vision perfectly. After that I have gotten countless more items from her, as have my mum, sister, cousin and aunt. I will be Smita’s customer for life. Not only does she sell the best jewellery on the market, she also provides great customer service. When I had an issue with my choker being too big she took it in and got it fixed for me, no questions asked. Goenka Jewels is an amazing business being managed by a wonderful person and I would recommend them to anyone!

I visited Goenka to buy jewellery for my brother’s wedding for myself and my mother for various occasions. They have most beautiful pieces of jewellery and I fell in love with so many. I bought a lot of jewellery for my mum and myself and was so pleased with the service we were provided. They were very helpful and payed a lot of attention to our requirements. We received a lot compliments on all the items of jewellery we wore from Goenka’s at the wedding functions. We would have bought the bridal jewellery from them as well but the bride had to wear traditional gold jewellery. They have breath taking bridal pieces and I would recommend all brides to visit them. I would definitely shop from Goenka’s again for the next big wedding in my family. This time round I will buy my jewellery items first and then design my clothes around them as I love so many of their pieces which I would love to wear.

What can I say about Goenka Jewels. I placed an initial small order online. A little bit dubious on what I would receive, would the actual product look the same as it does online. Well let me tell you, it didn't look the same as it does online, it looks even better!! One order grew to another. The quality of the product is without a doubt of high grade. The best jewellery in London town. I had such a difficult time picking a few pieces because I LOVED absolutely everything they have. Their collection is so different from what you find and the quality is so great too. The customer service is also on a different level.
